We are committed to helping those left out of the free market economy gain the education, skills and experience necessary to achieve increased access, opportunity and success. We see growing social inequality and environmental disregard as market failures and we are working to close these gaps. Our student-led initiatives aim to create positive change in the communities in which they operate.
We provide the opportunity for university students to develop a wide range of skills and abilities as they design, develop and implement SIFE projects. They are developing leadership, teamwork and communication skills and furthering their understanding of the personal responsibility that underpins a market economy. Through addressing the needs of diverse communities, we achieve empowerment and a deep sense of personal satisfaction.
We recognise that our mission cannot be achieved single-handedly. Our projects are harnessing the positive power of business to generate lasting change. Through partnerships with SIFE, top companies are demonstrating good business practice and are leading by example.
We exist to bring together the leaders of today and tomorrow, to develop a more socially responsible generation, and to give back to communities and to the world.
